Job Description

Accentuate Staffing is assisting a a food and beverage manufacturer in the Garner area who is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 4pm-12am, with required OT during busy season.

Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising up to 9 direct reports
2. Supervisor will manage work schedules for warehouse associates
3. Supervisor will assist with managing inventory levels
4. Supervisor will schedule deliveries and assist in loading trucks as necessary
5. Supervisor will train and onboard warehouse employees as well as conduct performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans

Requirements:

1. Candidates must have 3+ years leadership experience in a warehouse environment
2. Food and/or beverage experience a plus!
3. Must be comfortable working in a non climate controlled environment and lifting up to 75 lbs on a regular basis
4. Must have a valid NC Driver’s License
5. Must be comfortable operating forklifts
6. Candidate must be computer savvy
7. Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug test
