KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: + Manage Physical Security: Oversee security operations for corporate offices, including access control, surveillance systems, and emergency response planning. + Conduct Risk Assessments: Identify vulnerabilities, evaluate threats, and implement mitigation strategies to protect people and assets. + Deliver Security Training: Develop and lead awareness programs to educate employees on safety protocols and incident prevention. + Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with business units, HR, and leadership to align security practices with organizational goals. + Ensure Compliance: Maintain adherence to regulatory requirements and internal security policies. + Support Investigations: Assist with fact-finding and incident reviews, applying investigative best practices. + Perform other duties, as assigned. + Travel up to 35%. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: + Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. + Minimum of 4 years of experience in law enforcement, military or security field + A valid driver's license is required for the role/must pass a motor vehicle record check. SKILLS: + Strong understanding of the practices associated with the protection of property and individuals. + Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of the risk assessment process. + Displays in-depth knowledge of security incident prevention strategies and management. + Fully competent in major security regulatory compliance programs. + Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of investigative interviewing and fact-finding processes; conceptually understands Code of Conduct investigation processes. + Strong problem solving and analytical skill + Ability to use tact and diplomacy appropriate to the situation + Ability to maintain effective work relationships with all levels of colleagues + Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) *This position belongs to a job progression with increasing responsibility, competency and skill level.
