They evaluate compliance with regulations including assessing governance and risk management processes and related controls. In financial statement audit at PwC, you will focus on obtaining reasonable assurance about whether the financial statements as a whole are free from material misstatement, whether due to fraud or error, and to issue an auditor’s report that includes the auditor’s opinion.

The Opportunity
As part of the External Audit team you are expected to focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. As an Associate you are expected to build acumen to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth. This role emphasizes curiosity, adaptability, reliability, and personal growth, providing exposure to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections and manage and inspire others.

Responsibilities
- Participate in various stages of a financial statement audit and internal controls audit

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- Required Cumulative GPA: 3.0

- Before starting full-time at PwC, meet the educational requirements to be eligible to sit for the CPA exam in your intended state of employment.

- Demonstrated ability to communicate (i.e., read, write, speak) with business level fluency in Korean and English.

The salary range for this position is: $53,500 - $104,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
